Can I get a refund of unused Travel Insurance?

Should you decide to cancel your policy within the 14 day cooling off period, you will be able to get a full refund of premium provided you have not travelled or made a claim. 

 

For cancellation requests outside of the 14 day cooling off period, if we agree to refund the premium, refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to the refund scale shown in the policy wording. 

 

Should any claim occur prior to the policy being cancelled, where the claim terminates the insurance cover, you may not receive a refund of any of the premium paid.
