What happens when my Annual Multi trip policy is due for renewal?
During the sales journey, we will enroll you into our auto-renewal programme. You’ll be offered the opportunity to opt-out of this, if you don’t, then we will aim to auto-renew your policy at expiry. You can opt-out of this at any time by emailing us email@example.com or calling us on 0333 333 9637.
If you have declared pre-existing medical conditions we would not include you into our auto-renewal programme as we would need to ensure that you update us about these each year.
If your policy is not set to auto-renew, then you will need to contact us to purchase a new policy.
Either way, we will write to you a few weeks prior to the policy is due to renew. This will confirm the renewal price and provide a link to the website to purchase if you are not due to have the policy automatically renewed. If auto-renewal is setup, the new policy will be issued when it is due to renew.
If you need to make any changes to the policy though, you’ll need to contact us so we can update your renewal quote.
