Why can you not offer me cover for my pre-existing medical condition?

We screen pre-existing medical conditions using a market leading, independent medical screening rating system that asks a series of questions to determine a risk score. That risk score is then used to determine the additional premium that we charge to cover that condition. A few factors are taken into consideration, including the status of your medical condition, the policy type, and your destination.

 

This could mean that we may not be able to offer cover on an annual policy but can on a single trip policy. Also, we might be able to offer cover for European destinations, but not Worldwide.
